(More customer reviews)For some of the songs, there's supposed to be a video of the instructor playing the song. It didn't work. When you're on a particular song page, there's supposed to be a "main" button for getting you back to the main page of listed songs. There wasn't. Most importantly, when clicking on the MIDI button to play the MIDI version of a song, there was no sound. It is only on the MIDI version that you can control the tempo, slow it down, so you can play along at a slower speed. And there was no technical support or any type of support at the web address provided for getting help. Two emails to the distributor of this product describing the problems and asking for advice went unanswered.
